Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some regions may take longer during peak periods; we'll always quote honest windows rather than unrealistic ones.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 show a small flat rate at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

International orders

We ship to most countries. Any import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Problems with delivery
